- BNB Chain’s DApps grown tremendously in the current market
BNB Chain’s DApps across many sectors have grown significantly over the past week. According to a tweet posted by BNB Chain’s official account on 5 December, DApps such as Velvet Capital and Raca have experienced growth in the amount of users.
Other popular DApps, such as Galxe and 1inch network, also grew in terms of active users by 36% and 9%, respectively. DApp growth on the BNB chain could be the reason why BNB‘s price remained positive, despite the bear market.
According to Messari, BNB’s market cap dominance grew by 2.91%. At the time of writing, it had captured 5.87% of the overall crypto market.

Nike has collaborated with RTFKT to announce its first Web3 sneakers this week. However, Nike has restricted fulfillment for its web3 sneakers to the U.S, which causes a lot of controversy in the crypto community because they expect to own NFTs of Nike.
Nike’s acquisition of RTFKT last year has largely served as the most successful case study from a traditional brand utilizing an NFT platform. Following the acquisition, they started their first steps in the world of Web3 with the launch of web 3 platform “Swoosh” last month and now NFTs shoes.
According to RTFKT, Nike’s NFTs shoes will integrate a number of features including a ‘walk-to-earn’ mechanic, utility via authenticity, app connectivity, etc.
- Crypto.com teams up with Coca-Cola to release NFTs
Crypto.com’s CRO token is gaining in value Monday on the back of news the exchange is teaming up with Coca-Cola to launch NFTs celebrating the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Particularly, Crypto.com said it would be hosting on its blockchain 10,000 NFTs created by Coca-Cola and digital artist GMUNK. The NFTs were produced by tracking through “heatmaps”, the in-game movements of players during matches at the Qatar World Cup.
